Managing your policy

Making a change to your policy

Let us know if there are any changes to your circumstances that may affect your policy. Examples for your motor policy may include (but are not limited to):

  • - changing your address or car
  • - changes to your status as a PDI or ADI
  • - incurring a conviction (motor or any other) or any pending prosecutions
  • - changes to your health circumstances

Renewing your policy

If your insurance policy is due for renewal within the next 21 days you should have already received correspondence from us regarding your insurance for the forthcoming year. If you have not received this, for any reason, then you should contact us as soon as possible.

We try to make it as easy as we can for you to renew your insurance so when you receive your renewal, contact us on the details shown above and we will do the rest.

Cancelling your Insurance

Again, use the details above and let us know. For motor policies you must return your current certificate of insurance or cover note to us.
