How to make a Claim
Our prime objective is to achieve fast, efficient and fair settlement of claims on behalf of clients. From the moment that a claim is notified, right through to settlement each claim is managed by an experienced and proactive claims technician who will negotiate with insurers and third parties on your behalf.
Motor Insurance
If you need to make a claim on your Dual Control Motor Policy then you can contact the claims team* on 0845 456 4005 or email dualcontrolclaims@pcle.co.uk
To speed up the processing of your claim you should have the following information to hand:
- Your policy number (found on your Certificate of Insurance)
- Details of any third parties involved (and witnesses) including name(s), address(es), telephone number(s), car registration(s) and who they are insured through.
* Motor claims services are provided by Personal & Commercial Legal Expenses Limited on behalf of Oval Insurance Broking Limited.
Other Policies
Claims under other policies should be notified to our Warrington Claims Team who will assist. They can be contacted 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) on 01925 650204.
